Graham Ede

A highly successful serial entrepreneur in his own right, Graham is uniquely placed to help small to large enterprises grow in highly challenging macro-economic conditions

Graham possesses nearly 20 years’ experience of overseeing leading edge strategic and award winning CRM and data driven lead generation programmes, through the creation and ownership of a number of contact centre led businesses.

During the early 1990’s Graham pioneered CRM within the UK Automotive industry through the creation of Ion Group, a call centre led business. Ion rapidly became the recognised leading agency within this space; garnering a number of prestigious marketing industry body awards.

Ion’s success led to the company being merged with Moonriver Group in 1997 and transforming itself into one of the industry’s leading end to end customer management solution groups.

As CEO, Graham oversaw the Group’s continued rapid growth, with Moonriver now delivering its expanded service offerings across a range of global brand clients including hp, Harley-Davidson, Land Rover and Toshiba.

Graham later sold the company but remained in place to oversee the company’s transition and rebranding to arvato loyalty, a new trading division of Bertelsmann, one of the world’s biggest media groups; before leaving to pursue other business interests.

In 2011 Graham formed Caddyshack Marketing and as Managing Partner he assists client CEOs in identifying weaknesses in their company’s structure, people, culture and turn those weaknesses into strengths.

His areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, business growth strategies, exit strategy plans, exit process guidance, non executive directorships & board presence, deal negotiation, buyer sourcing, mentoring, exit strategy realisation and due diligence.

Andrew Johnson

A University of Leicester Graduate with over 20 years of proven experience in business and sales growth activities, Andrew’s expertise has been acquired through holding a number of corporate and strategic business development roles for both blue chip and agency clientele.

Andrew’s experience can be traced back to the late 1990s whilst working for Softlab UK, BMW’s Midlands based system integration arm who were keen to gain a footprint within the then ‘virgin’ UK market.

Within the space of three years, Andrew successfully generated £20m of new business for Softlab with major UK client wins including Provident Financial Services and Norweb Telecom.

In 2001 Andrew left Softlab to move to London and joined Ion Group (now arvato loyalty). He subsequently helping to effect Ion’s turnover growth from £1m to £10m+ within a 5 year period.

Andrew’s efforts ranged from identifying new business opportunities right through to full proposal and presentation writing and general sales support. Notable client wins included Harley-Davidson, MasterCard, Citroen and Mazda.

Andrew then worked for Blueview Group, a brand new start up integrated marketing agency taking up the role of Group Business Development Manager with responsibility for inside sales, business development activity and general sales support including database management, proposal & presentation writing, diary management and e-marketing across the separate business areas.

In 2011 Andrew joined Caddyshack and is responsible for engaging with small business owners and Sales Directors; developing and implementing ‘disruptive’ sales and marketing practices and techniques that continually generate rapid and highly successful results for Caddyshack’s clients.

Colin Barber

Colin is our ‘Business Coach’ Consultant and he has set up and developed several businesses typically with a focus on future trends and developments.

Colin started his career in retail management, he then he set up and ran an advertising agency in the motor trade and later established a small publishing company.

As a Business Coach, Colin’s objective is to help Caddyshack clients’ ready and prepare their internal personnel and culture for a period of change e.g. rapid business growth.

He regularly works on a One-to-One basis with senior decision makers, and clients frequently feed back that he has an ability to know exactly what question to ask in order to shift their thinking pattern and move them forward.

His services as a Business Coach are always in demand and he has fulfilled a number of part time directorship and project management roles in the past.

As well as being a certified Business Coach, Colin is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
